eTrans is the City of Escalon’s public transit system with local door to door dial-a-ride service in Escalon and to Jacob Myers Park in Riverbank as well as three round trips between Escalon and Modesto. eTrans, previously known as Escalon Dial-A-Ride started in October 1977 and expanded to Modesto in May of 1998.
eTrans is managed by John Andoh, whom has been the City’s Transit Manager since July of 2000.
